WHat is included with my pemf session?

Full body mat treatment and spot treatments for specific areas of concern are included in each PEMF session.

Foot massage and facelift acupressure massage can be included in each treatment if the client desires.

If selected, your session will include elements of sound healing, including the use of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and Koshi chimes.

Clients may choose to experience the brain entrainment system during their treatment, which shifts brain activity and helps to sync the right and left hemispheres of  the brain.  Binaural beats are included in this technology, which can increase focus and concentration, foster positive moods, promote creativity, reduce anxiety and help to manage pain. 

Far-infrared therapy can be added to your full body mat treatment, which uses light to treat acute and chronic pain.  The light penetrates deep into the body, improving circulation, promoting faster healing of deep tissues, relieving pain and helping cells to regenerate and repair themselves.

Essential oils offer a multitude of health benefits, and may be added to your session. Specific oils will be selected based on the needs and preferences of the client.
